Event Creators : Your Organization : Billing & Service Level

There are free and paid versions of OurStoryz. Depending on your service level, you may be paying monthly or yearly fees to keep your account. You may also be paying for additional Service Addons which you can specify.

If you are the Account Owner (meaning you signed up for the account, when you look at your Organization, you will see a "subscription" menu item.

Selecting "Subscription" leads to the Subscription Page. There, you can view your account billing, as well as any billing for service Addons that you select. You can also see a history of your prior payments.

Service Addon Billing

To see service addons, and add or remove the, select "manage addons" on your Organization -> Subscriptions -> Service & Subscription. You can select "Manage Addons, or the sub-menu for Addons

Selecting this option will show you additional service addons. 

Upgrading your Service

To upgrade from basic service (Locator or DIY) to Professional service, select "Upgrade"

The upgrade screen shows your current service level, as well as upgrade options.
