QuickStart : Logins, Settings & Navigation : Customize your Workspace
OurStoryz lets you customize your event-planning workspace.
- Change the background image for your Organization, Storyz, and events.
- Change the default headline typeface for your events.
Change the background colors
In Organization, Storyz, you will find a Workspace panel on the Dashboard.
For events, go to the event Dashboard, then select the "Edit event details" button. The Workspace panel is located there.
A color picker dialog will appear. Select the color swatch to change it.

Note that you can vary the color, and opacity. You can also create a gradient:

Additional notes:
- The color you set will apply to all screens under Organization.
- By default, it will also apply to Storyz and Events, unless you change it
- Each Admin can set their color separately.
- Selecting the "trash can" icon will revert the colors to the default
- If you invite a new Admin, they will inherit the current screen of the "Account Owner", who is the user who created the OurStoryz account. However, they can change their background color independently.
Use a background image
To use a background image, select the color swatch under "Workspace, but select "Image" from the top of the color-picker which appears. After you load the image tab, select the "Change" button in the center of the dialog

After selecting "Change", you have the option of using an existing image in your event Media Gallery, or uploading a new one:

Once you finish selecting the image, select "Save Image" in the Workspace dialog to confirm your background.
Changing your event display typeface
OurStoryz lets you do limited customization of your account, in particular changing the font used to display the name of your event. Note that this is different from setting a style for your wedding website, guest app, or Keepsake album.
To change the display font, navigate to an event, and select the "Edit details" button on the Description panel. On the details page, look for the pallete icon next to the event name.

Note that some typefaces may be difficult to read why you work, especially if you are using a tablet or mobile device. Basic cursive or script styles, work, as does standard serifed and non-serifed fonts.
