Guest App : Chatting with other guests

The OurStoryz Guest app lets you chat directly with other guests. This is handy if you want to meet another guest, and need to arrange a location or time.

The Chat Window

To begin a guest chat, find the black menu at the bottom of your screen, and select "Chats". You will be taken to the chat window in the app.

Next, begin typing in the guest's name that you want to chat with. You will be presented with a list of guests. Note that some guests may have set their chat to "private", and they won't be visible

After you select a guest, you will see a chat window. Begin typing, and your message will be sent to the other guest.

Local Chatting without Internet Access

Some events may be held in locations that don't have Internet access. In this case, you can still chat with another guest, provided they are at the event, and within 20 meters of your location.

This chat is especially useful if you are trying to find another guest at the event. As you use the People Finder system, you can also chat and confirm you are approaching each other!
