Guest App : Contact the Event Organizers

Sometimes a guest will need to connect with event organizers. This could be for

1. Sending missing information
2. Providing information about additional "Plus one" guests that you plan to bring to the event
3. Ask questions about the event

Each event in OurStoryz provides the following, if the event creator has made this information public:

• Phone hotline
• Email hotline
• "Contact Admin" - this is a person associated with the event who specifically handles guest questions

Contact from the guest app

When displaying your event, the OurStoryz guest app will also display a point of contact, which we call a "Contact Admin". This may be an actual person, or a generic hotline that the event planners have set up. 

To get contact information, select the Contact Admin panel on the event home page

Contact from the web

The OurStoryz guest app gives guests maximum flexibility for contacting the event organizers. However, guests who don't use the app can also send messages.

To send a message from the web, go to the home page of the event website. Most themes will have a location for you to send a message. Note, however that some event planners may decide to restrict this information, especially for private events.
