📄 Logging in

QuickStart : Logins, Settings & Navigation : Logging in

To login to your OurStoryz account, go to:

https://app.ourstoryz.com

How to log in:

Enter username

Username must be valid contact for the user (which we call an 'Admin'):

  • Email address
  • Phone number

After you enter your username, a new dialog will appear.

Provide authentication

You can authenticate your login using several methods:

  1. Local password
  2. Social login with Google, Apple, or Facebook

If you use a social login, look for your social network under the 'login' button, and select it instead.

Social Logins

OurStoryz also allows you to use your Google, Apple, or Facebook to log in. This is helpful if you frequently work with these sites along with OurStoryz. You can use the social login feature by pressing one of the social login buttons on the password screen (don't put in a password).

Once you have selected a social login, you will need to choose which account to log in with. Note that your account username MUST be the same as the social login email, otherwise social logins don't work.

The Files area of OurStoryz allows you to link your Google Drive files, as well as store local files. This is handy if you already are using Google Drive to manage your events - you can add relevant files into your event and client areas.

To add a remote storage service, log into to your OurStoryz Account, then navigate to a Files screen. Select "Add" on a Organization, Client, or Event page.
